April: Spring and New Beginnings

April 16, 2021

Spring represents the "awakening" of the world from winter's slumber.

April: Spring Gleaning
April is the first full month of Spring, and as Spring represents the "awakening" of the world (Northern Hemisphere) from winter's slumber.  It is a time when we re-evaluate ourselves, whether it is a function of taxes, home organization, or progress towards a beach ready summer bod.  For me, it has meant a shift of association after 7 years with Keller Williams.  As of 4/12/2021...
I wasn't actively looking to switch firms, but I was open to auditing the opportunity, and given some personal developments and current market conditions, it simply made inarguable sense at this stage in my professional career to make the move.

My new office is 3 blocks from home, next to the Apple Store and across from Whole Foods, in a neighborhood where I have lived for the past 7 years.  With my business firmly hyphenated between Manhattan and Brooklyn, shifting the home base of my business was a no-brainer.  Gaining access to a corporate branding boost and robust marketing support means that I can spend more time helping clients find homes and less time figuring out new ways to wrangle clients.

For those of you who appreciate the esoteric parts of my newsletter will be happy to know that the Numerology of the address was auspicious as, "
11 is the Master Number of Intuition and Illumination.  The number 11 shaped like two pillars, representing a gateway of new growth for you. When you live in an 11 home, you will be inspired with new ideas, creativity, and innovation. You will find many rich and rewarding opportunities, especially those that promote leadership and creativity."

Additionally my new manager and I share the same birthday, and actually had an exploratory coffee 2 years ago, when the time wasn't quite right.  Additionally, I'm turning 42 this year, which marks the beginning of my 7th seven year cycle.

I am excited to see how my partnership with an established industry leading brand like the Corcoran Group will help me expand my client base, bottom line, and services offered.

The transition so far has been a bit like switching from Apple to Android, or simply figuring out how to text on someone else's phone, while managing ongoing deals, actively assisting new buyers, offering counsel to past customers, and courting some potential listing action.

I will do a proper Social Media post, but wanted to share my decision and contact information with you before my new headshots and business cards are deliverd.

In my next post, possibly as soon as next week, I will update you on what sold me on Corcoran, what you can expect by way of improvements to my level of service, and of course, provide you with recent market insights.

With a whole suite of marketing tools, I may be able to let you know the best place to get a frozen margarita, avocado toast, boozy hot chocolate, or whatever is seasonally trending in addition to more succinct market snapshots and statistics.

Pls update your contacts, and don't forget to...
